Having been hugely impressed with the Robert Welch Kitchen knife and Cooks knife which I had recently purchased I decided to add this knife to my collection We grow most of our own herbs and this knife is ideal for fine chopping them My little collection of the three Robert Welch knives along with the Lakeland Japanese Steel bread knife should cover nearly all my requirements Well worth paying a bit extra for the superb quality!
This knife is comfortable in the hand, feels balanced and has a great cutting edge.
