Ergonomic DuPont Handle

This knife is excellent, sharp, feels nice to use, cuts with ease. However, the packaging was mostly plastic and it was impossible to separate the plastic from the small amount of cardboard so none of it could be recycled. It's lost a star in my review because of tha.
I bought the 12cm kitchen knife by accident some months ago, and although the length was fine, the weight wasn't what I wanted, so I bought this to use in it's place. It is a fabulous weight and size - just right for my female hands - and soooo sharp!! It's my go-to knife now...
