Lakeland Gourmet Stuffed Burger Press 3 "Great burgers but..." Dr Madden 18 July 2016 This burger press was received by my husband as a gift, and makes great stuffed burgers, however with a slight design flaw. The burgers don't come out on their own. I notice other burger presses Lakeland sell come with waxed paper discs - this doesn't and nowhere in the instructions does it suggest using them. We solved the problem by cutting squares of greaseproof paper. All this could solved with minimal waste by making the moulds silicone so the burgers could be pressed out. Tip : We recommend brushing a tiny amount of oil into the mould before adding the meat to prevent burgers from sticking.
