Lakeland Mini Single Burger Electric Griddle Grill

I've struggled for ages to do good fried eggs. I have just made and consumed the perfect for me fried egg in this fab gadget. It's going to be used to make drop scones next. I love it!! Well worth every penny.

I love using this griddle. Its so easy to use and clean. I ve cooked eggs and burgers. The grandchildren came for a baking day recently and i made mini pancakes using the recipe in the leaflet. They loved them. Would recommend.

This is brilliant! Mine arrived today and I've already used it to fry an egg (2 minutes from start to finish with minimal use of oil) to perfection and to cook a beef burger. Easy to clean, takes up very little space and heats up in about a minute, so uses very little electricity. I've yet to try cooking pancakes in it but I"m sure it will cope well. Buy one!

I love this little gadget, so much that I have given several as presents. I have used it to cook hamburgers, which it does very well, but where it really scores is as a perfect cooker for little frittatas. Hot or cold these make great picnic food. like a quiche but without the fattening pastry! The little griddle is very forgiving in timings, cooks evenly and quickly, but even when forgotten for a while has never burnt anything! Highly recommended.

I bought this in the Windermere store last week spur of the moment. Only used it for eggs so far but it is brilliant. Heated up fast and only needed the smallest smear of oil to cook an egg to perfection in a couple of minutes. Looking forward to trying some of the other suggestions provided in the handbook.
