A fantastic first stand mixer for anyone who’s starting to bake, this compact machine combines ease of use with great versatility. There are two preset programmes to help you whisk up perfectly peaked egg whites and master a basic Victoria sponge; and, once you’re more confident, 6 speed settings and 3 sets of attachments give you perfect control over your mixes. And it’s just as easy to clean and store as it is to use: once you’re done, the 3.5 litre stainless steel bowl, mixing beaters, whisks and dough hooks can all be popped into the dishwasher, and the mixer neatly folds down to a third of its height for compact storage in the handy box supplied. Includes spatula, instructions and recipes.
