Was anxious when I saw reviews, but these turned out great using a Choc Muffin recipe and cooking at 170 degrees for 30 mins. I left to cool in mould for 1 hour and they turned out with no difficulty, all in tact.
The tree shape makes it very difficult to extract a cake in one piece. After several batches, I have one cake that I could use as a tree. Sadly, very disappointed, and for the price, I would have expected a lot better.

Saw this in the shop and got carried away with the pictures of lovely little decorated christmas trees on the box. Unfortunately the reality was less impressive ! Despite having greased the inside of each mould i was not able to extract a single tree intact . Looks like this may be in the back of the cupboard for a long while .

Contents stuck to the pan and made it impossible to get out in any shape at all. Very disappointing
We're sorry to hear you've been disappointed with this product and hope the following will help.For best results: before and after each use, wash pan in warm soapy water or place in the dishwasher making sure it's thoroughly dry prior to use. Spray the baking surface with Cake Release REF 4198- Place mould on a level baking sheet.When baking is complete, remove from the oven and allow cooling time Please note baking time may vary from traditional metal bakeware. To remove baked trees, invert pan and apply gentle pressure to the bottom while gently peeling the pan away. Enjoy your delicious creations!
Thought these would be a lovely idea for Christmas. Sadly, we have been unable to extract a single cake tree intact. So disappointing.
