Wilton® Candy Melts® Present Mould

OK I was a little dubious about these (and managed to order too many by mistake) BUT I have now tried them out and am quite pleased with the results. The melts are easy to melt in the microwave and spoon into the moulds. The instructions are clear (the print could do with being bigger though) and my initial results aren't too bad. It obviously needs practice but the duff ones can be re-melted and re-used. I shan't attempt to ribbon effect just yet but plain parcels also look good. And the extra moulds have gone to family so that they can give it a go too.

Very poor quality, doesn't clip in place properly. I have to hold it until it sets for it to work properly. Disappointed.

I'm giving up! These moulds are driving me mad, it is impossible to remove the main part of the present from the mould without breaking it. I have tried on numerous occasions and never been able to get a single present complete, in fact I plan to take the 2 moulds I bought in to your Bluewater store, which still have chocolate in, to see if anyone there can do it. Can I return these although they have been used as they are no good?
