I found a great recipe on the BBC web site http://www.bbc.co.uk/food/recipes/lemon_cake_29430 and found this tin a few days later. The tin bakes so evenly and is really great quality. I have had others before that rust and turn to rubbish. This one seems like it could last for my children to hand on.
