Perfect for a single fried egg, GreenPan’s Mini Frying Pan is made from aluminium and is quick to heat up and has an ultra-durable, non-stick ceramic coating on the inside, so you can use less oil when you cook and it’s easy to clean up when you’re done. It also has a strong, riveted stainless steel handle and is oven safe up to 200°C.
Not suitable for use on induction hobs.

Bought in store and cooked a farm-shop steak burger and mushrooms without adding any oil/fat. Perfect result, no sticking, very easy to clean. Great for small quantities or toasting sesame seeds, blanching almonds etc. So very glad I read previous reviews and decided to try for myself.
A little gem. Large enough for sautéing individual portions and ideal for a single fried egg. Non stick, cool handle and fits well on my hob. Recommended.
This little pan is so useful, especially if you cook for one. Fried eggs, mini omelettes, roasting spices etc. - it does it all. Just a wipe round with paper towel and it is ready to go again.

Just perfect for frying eggs! While it allows the white to spread out to cook properly the white can’t spread too far given the ideal size of the pan. Non stick surface works well. Highly recommended!
