Every carefully selected vanilla pod is hand-sorted to ensure that every single bean is of the best quality, and only then does the lengthy process of cold extraction begin. Taking place over not just days, but weeks, it involves careful pressing and precise temperature regulation to ensure that all 300 of the distinctive, delicate flavour compounds are perfectly preserved.
