Christmas Cookie Mould

Tried this mould today,but didn't work.Was trying to make gluten free shortbread, but they disintegrated. Probably shortbread was the wrong thing to try. The mould doesn't give much 'depth' above the motifs, so considerable risk of breaking cookie at that point, also of burning the thin bit before the thicker surround is properly cooked. Can anyone suggest a suitable recipe, gluten free or not, that would work with this mould?

Absolutely no use with all biscuit recipe attempts, but my son suggested chocolate. I experimented with cooking chocolate and I used the snowflake, as it was the most intricate design for turning out, it was a success. Rather large chocolate treat. The snowflake used 30g so not an economical project, but it could be a nice Idea. Good luck!

I bought this mould yesterday and thought it looked great. After reading the review I thought I would use gingerbread for them as it was sturdier, but they have just come out looking awful, the imprint of the cookie mould just comes out as a gap in the middle of the cookie, you can't see what it is it just looks like the middle of the biscuit got stuck in the tin, very disappointing

I bought this intending to make Christmas cookies, but so far without success. The ones I tried cooked the outside but the inside part remained uncooked and the pattern unrecognisable. I would appreciate any recipe that would actually make cookies using the mould.

Sorry but have to agree with previous comments. Was unable to get the cookies out of the mould without them breaking. The cookies shown on the packaging look so good - please can we have the recipe?!?
