"Lovely mould but........"
Tried this mould today,but didn't work.Was trying to make gluten free shortbread, but they disintegrated. Probably shortbread was the wrong thing to try. The mould doesn't give much 'depth' above the motifs, so considerable risk of breaking cookie at that point, also of burning the thin bit before the thicker surround is properly cooked. Can anyone suggest a suitable recipe, gluten free or not, that would work with this mould?
