The base rotates to offer six pre-set positions, changing the patented U-Select grinding mechanism from coarse to very fine, and you can select intermediate positions for the ultimate in variable grinding, making it easy to select the perfect texture to suit every recipe. Specially treated to resist wear, the helix-shaped double rows of teeth will retain their sharpness for years of service. Finial embossed with a P. so you always pick up the right mill.
