"Disappointed"
I am really disappointed with this grinder. I thought it would be such a good idea, and save space on the worktop. But it is really slow, even allowing for the fact that you have to grind the salt and the pepper separately (i.e. you cannot press both buttons at once). This is such a waste of time that I have now bought the Cuisinart seasoning set. Please see my review on that!

We're sorry to hear you've been disappointed with this product. It's true you're not able to press both salt and pepper grind buttons at the same time, as this will lock your selection. However the speed of the mill does give the user the control to ensure seasoning food to your preferred taste and in the right areas, rather than a scatter approach, which may result in applying too salt or pepper.
