Designed in Norway and endorsed by chef Geir Skeie, winner of the prestigious Bocuse D’Or, each goes through a painstaking development process to perfect both design and functionality, guaranteeing an incredibly effective end product.

With an anti-slip base that keeps it firmly in one place while you’re chopping, this flexible mat has a high cut resistance that makes it very hard to mark, but is still gentle on your knife blades. A measuring guide helps you attain precise, professional cuts and there’s a drainage gutter to catch any liquid. Made from plastic infused with anti-microbial activated charcoal, it’s extra-hygienic, heat-resistant up to 150°C and dishwasher safe for easy cleaning.

"Chopping mat"

I have always had a solid chopping board before so this took some getting used to, but it works well and no knife marks .

Received this today outstanding quality looks nice too on the work surface and have cut on it with no marks at all would highly recommended this

"Does exactly what it says"

Admit I had never heard of this brand and only came across it browsing sale items and thought I would try. I have used it regularly since and have been very impressed. So far there are no cutting marks visible ( my knives are sharp), it's really easy to clean and flexible for tipping veg etc into pans. It also takes no room to store. Previous chop to pot boards moved to back of the cupboard.

"BEST IN TEST CHOPPING MAT"

It IS... undoubtedly. I have had one for over a year, and there is NOT A MARK on it, and it is in use every day. WONDERFUL! Unlike some of the beautiful ones where you have a separate one for every type of thing.. which are ornaments. ( You know the ones I mean?) The first thing you cut will mark them. Not fit for purpose. The Best in Test IS. I shall never ever buy anything else.

"Brilliant"

Very useful board.It's tough-no Knife marks after several weeks use- and best of all it's thin so takes up little space when stored or in the dishwasher.
