A specialised, low-friction handle makes this classic balloon whisk comfortable to use in both a delicate ‘pen’ grip and heavier ‘power’ grip, so it’s perfect for both precision and more powerful whisking. Ideal for both thin and thick mixtures, the 11 wires – apparently the ideal number for most efficient whisking – are shaped for optimum strength and flexibility, while the domed wire cap makes for easy cleaning.
