‘Speak your weight’ scales have their place in the bathroom, but now Salter have come up with a clever kitchen version for your ingredients too – so if you struggle to read the digital display you’ll still know when you’ve reached your target. Designed to make measuring as easy as possible, this sleek glass-topped scale also has a handy ‘set to weigh’ feature. Simply turn the digital dial to set your target weight then start adding ingredients: the display goes green when you reach it and red when you’ve added too much, so you’ll always know you’ve got it just right.
The easy-to-read backlit display is on a separate section so even if you’re using a big mixing bowl you can still see what it says, and there’s also an add-and-weigh function so you can measure multiple ingredients in the same bowl and an Aquatronic function for measuring liquids. Weighs up to 5kg in 1g, 11lb in oz, 5L in 1ml and 175fl oz in fl oz increments. 3 x AA batteries incl.
