Any baker’s best friend, the Salter Mechanical White Kitchen Scale combines a clear, easy-to-read measurement gauge with a large bowl and easy storage to make getting accurate measurements during your baking sessions as effortless as possible.

The large 1.9 litre bowl included measures both liquid and dry ingredients in the same bowl with Salter's twin dial for an add-and-weigh function. It also has a pouring spout for easy transfer of your ingredients, and a non-slip rubber base for when you’re mixing and whisking your mixtures. It also inverts over the top of the scale for easy storage when you’ve finished for the day.

The scale weighs up to 4kg in 25g, 9lb in 1oz and up to 4 litres in 25ml, 144fl oz in 1 fl oz.
