Giving you the freedom to make your own classic burgers and sliders, or indeed experiment with different flavours, this 3-in-1 press will ensure you know exactly what’s gone into your creations. It’s such a simple concept – just roll your burger meat into a ball and place inside your chosen mould on a plate or chopping board then use the press to push the meat down to fill the mould. Cut away any excess before lifting away the mould and you’re left with a perfectly shaped patty ready for cooking, with no waste.
It’s also great for shaping falafel. Includes press, 3 sizes of mould for sliders, quarter and third pound burgers (7, 10 and 13cm Dia.) and a handy case for storage. Dishwasher safe.
