With the ability to control the bowl’s temperature to within 1°C it takes the hard work out of making delicate sauces, custards or risottos and is great for bread dough, yoghurts or cheese fondue. There’s even a dedicated tempering mode for making your own chocolate.

Versatile

The bowls extended heating function gives up to 10 hours of heating time so you can ensure food is kept at the perfect temperature ready for when you want it. Fabulously versatile, this unique unit comes with its own power supply and lid so it can also be used as a standalone appliance, giving you the option to use it as a slow cooker for cooking or warming food.
