"Fabulous sausages"

I bought this to try and make some turkey sausages as the ones in the shops are far to spicy. I used a third of a packet of Lincolnshire sausage mix to 500gms of fresh turkey mince. After I mixed it, I cooked a small amount to taste and then used my sausage making machine to make the sausage. What fun! I left them for a while in the fridge to rest, then tried them out on my very fussy grown up son. His verdict was great tasting sausage, the rest went in the freezer. I just need to polish up on my 'linking skills' as they looked a rustic in style!
