Acid-etched stainless steel blades make light work of hard cheeses, nutmeg and chocolate and a viewing window lets you see when you’ve got enough.

When you’ve grated your fill, simply replace the blade cover and take it to the table, ready for serving: the easy-pour spout is perfect for sprinkling Parmesan over pasta or chocolate on your cappuccino. There’s a silicone lid so you can store any remaining contents in the fridge, without having to mess about decanting into separate bags or storage containers, and it’s easy to clean, too – simply remove the silicone lid and blade cover for best results and pop everything in the dishwasher.
