In Bowl and Dual Drive Technology
This remarkable machine uses both In Bowl and Dual Drive technology to accomplish all the food preparation tasks that you can think of and a simple dial control operates all the functions. It has safety interlock features and electronic speed control that is designed to maintain speed no matter what you’re mixing, with ‘soft start’ to avoid splashes and splatters.
Stand Mixer
With a 4.3 litre stainless steel bowl, this has the famous K-beater, a whisk, dough hook and a splashguard that allows you to add ingredients through its chute and, of course, it uses the patented planetary action that is beloved of bakers around the world. Mixes up to 1.8kg fruit cake mix or 800g bread dough.
Food Processor
The MultiOne also comes with a 2.1 litre processing bowl with a stainless steel knife blade that chops, blends and purées, detachable drive shaft and three grades of stainless steel grating disc, which offer thick and thin slicing, and coarse, medium and Parmesan grating. Makes up to 340g pastry or 600g cake mix.
