Tefal Easy Soup Maker BL841140

I love this soup maker - just brilliant if you've got young kids. I chop up my veg, throw them in the machine and come back 20 minutes later to fresh wholesome soup. No more standing in front of the hob for ages. Cleaning it can be a bit of a pain, some of my recipes always get a burnt patch at the bottom, but I just leave water in it overnight and it scrubs off easily enough. Having the blender in the lid is great - it's much easier to clean than if the blades are in the bottom - you can clean them properly without slicing your fingers off. Feeds two adults and two young kids as a main meal.

We use this two or three times a week. Any vegetables..always an onion and a stick of celery ( important) ...stock cubes and let it go. We only use the creamed soup version so far but I’ve also used it for a berry compote, and to grind some nuts for granola. Not only does it get rid of any redundant veg the soups are slimming. (bonus ) Unless I make my cauliflower and cream cheese soup. Great buy. And it cleans itself, well not exactly, you have to put in the water and switch it on .

This is my second Tefal soup maker, as I dropped my first one . I really love this product and find it makes brilliant soups in super quick time. You can also make smoothies with this machine. The choice of recipes available are numerous and very easy to follow, although I have also adapted the recipes to my own,

I am absolutely delighted with my new Tefal soup maker. It is easy to use and saves a lot of time. My husband and I love soup and have it nearly every day, even during the summer months, so for me, this has been an absolute revolution! So much time saved! I do follow the suggestion of a previous customer written on a previous review, to wash the blades immediately after use and the same with the container. A separate inner container which could be removed for cleaning would be great. Otherwise I am thrilled with it. And the soup stays wonderfully hot for ages.

Very pleased with this soup maker. Keeps its promise of beingquick and easy. Good tasty result.
