Valira® Aire 28cm Shallow Casserole

Cast aluminium is the perfect material for cooking. It’s lighter and more manageable than cast iron, durable, heats up quickly and evenly and responds rapidly to temperature changes. This lidded casserole is ideal for long, slow cooking of meals in the oven or on the hob and has a multi-layer non-stick coating so clean-up is easy too. Plus it’s also attractive enough to go straight to the table for serving. Oven safe up to 250°C. Glass lid is oven safe up to 180°C. Suitable for induction hobs.
