About EasiYo Yogurt
Delicious and nutritious, EasiYo yogurt is really easy to make and just the thing for keeping you going until lunchtime. A great source of protein and calcium with absolutely no artificial ingredients but lots of great flavour, there are plenty of good reasons to love making your own yummy yoghurt at home. It’s low-GI, gluten-free and, with so many tasty options to choose from, you can enjoy sinking your spoon into a different one every day.
Originally from New Zealand, EasiYo yogurt mixes are packed with live cultures of ‘friendly bacteria’ that give yoghurt its legendary health properties. As these beneficial cultures have a limited lifespan, freshly-made yoghurt is best and EasiYo has loads of them in every spoonful – far more than you’ll find in most you can find on the supermarket shelves.

What a joy to make small tub of easiyo yoghurt it's lovely.as I am the only one who eats yoghurt in my home .
I sent one of these to my son in Canada and he is thrilled, as they make can one lot of vanilla and one of strawberry on separate days and not be sting the same flavour forever! I sent a full size one last year and I am forever sending sachets to Canada, cost a fortune, but he loves it!
I have a full size (original) maker too, but found this just a little boring as there's only me eating it. This is just right for one. I've also bought the full-sized sachets and just used half and this has worked fine too.
Really happy with this as I've had the big ones for years. No problems with the big ones but this smaller size lets me use half a sachet today and change flavour tomorrow. It also looks really cute on the counter top. As it's so small I'mm even going to travel with it. I bought it immediately and added a box of 2 spare jars. I will be changing flavour a lot more frequently now. My best tip for this yogurt is that half way through its fermentation time I replace the hot water with new boiling water. This really seems to firm the yogurt up.
I bought this to add to the old style large yoghurt maker that I have had for years. Its great for making small batches and the tubs are perfect for the fridge and my work bag. I have had no trouble with the yoghurt setting, just make sure that you feel some warmth from the water on your fingers before adding to the powder. Hold a dish towel or kitchen paper around the tub when shaking and guaranteed no mess. Great looking new design too and a lid thats easy to open. Don't worry about liquid that settles at the top of the yoghurt, its normal, drain off or mix in and its still perfect.
