Microwave Cookware Stain Proof - Red Fish Steamer

I really like this product for cooking delicious fish and vegetables. However, this is probably the third time I've had to buy a new one - what happens is - it comes in three parts - the middle tray with slats is the problem as it tends to crack and break as it is not robust and is difficult to clean. The other parts are fine. So after a while, it cracks so you have to buy a whole new set because you need a new middle part! The middle part needs a redesign.

I purchased the fish steamer in September 2015. The fish cooks beautifully in it. However I find it extremely difficult to clean. I tried lightly oiling the plastic before putting the fish on, it made no difference. Hopefully this can be sorted out by design team.

I purchased a Fish Steamer from your Taunton branch three months ago. I was quite looking forward to using it and I was pleased with the end result. However, when it came to the washing up and cleaning the steamer I was not very impressed. The construction itself is rather brittle and trying to clean it was nigh impossible and so I reluctantly disposed of it. I wonder if any other users have found the same difficulty? Would it be possible to construct a firmer type of plastic which is easier to clean? Vera Smith
