Lakeland Chopping Station

Bought this when it was full price, as loved the look of it and was very handy in terms of storage space with the two hidden plastic boards. The wooden board was very sturdy also. However, after a brief hand clean, the wooden board warped and split slightly on one side. I had bought the item only a couple of months earlier, so was disappointed, but Lakeland were great and arranged a replacement for me very quickly. To date I have had no such problems with the replacement. I would definitely recommend this product as think the first time perhaps I was just unlucky and it's such a lovely item.

Love this chopping station. Excellent materials and looks great on the countertop.

A really weighty board, and the non-slip feet do just that - not a hint of sliding around. The plastic boards wash and wear very well and are really handy tucked inside. The only downside, and for me at the price of this board it's a big one, is that over time the board has bowed quite badly in the middle. A real shame as it's a lovely looking and feeling board otherwise.
