Incredibly quiet, Bio Chef’s Enzyme Protection Technology™ extracts juice from fruit and veg slowly and gently and, because it doesn’t use any friction or heat, more precious nutrients are preserved. The silicone paddle helps to move ingredients around the bowl, preventing clogging, and the high quality of the strainer means that it produces juice with a lovely smooth texture. There’s a rectangular chute for more effective draining which also comes with an outlet cap, so you can store juice in the machine if you don’t want to drink it right away. And when you’ve finished juicing, in comparison with other juicers it’s really easy to take apart and clean. With all these great features packed into a tiny worktop footprint, it’s easy to see why we think this one’s a real winner in the slow juicing stakes.
