Here’s the answer – silicone-coated Non-Stick Foil. Even notorious ‘stickers’ like salmon or chicken will emerge completely unscathed when wrapped in this for baking or roasting.
Just as you would expect from any foil carrying our name, it’s extra thick to make it stronger than most other brands and, being the same width as our other foil rolls, will also prove invaluable for freezing and storing.

I have bought this non-stick foil time and time again. No kitchen shoukd be without it. Nothing sticks to it and it takes the worry out of cooking and roasting. I always keep a spare too just in case I run out.
I have used this non-stick foil for many years now and would not use anything else. It is much stronger than other makes. The only criticism I have is that it would be better if there was more than 10m on the roll, I would be more than happy to pay the extra for extra length.
