Quality

Made from heavy-duty carbon steel that, at 1mm thick, is thicker than most others on the market, this durable tin will see you through many a baking session. With no rolled edges, it’s completely dishwasher safe, plus it has two layers of Quantum 2 professional non-stick to ensure easy release.

Performance

With excellent heat distribution for even baking, it’s also oven safe up to 240°C and has large handles with sure-grip silicone inserts for easy lifting in and out of the oven.

No rolled edges

The rolled edges found on most bakeware introduce a difficult-to-dry space underneath the rim, and the edges themselves can be difficult to coat. We decided to leave the edges of our bakeware unrolled, removing the risk of water traps and uncoated carbon steel edges that might rust – making them completely dishwasher safe.
