About our Quiche and Flan Tins
Quality
Oven safe to 240°C. Made from 1mm thick carbon steel, thicker than many you can buy, our exceptional quality baking tins will not warp, bend or twist in heat up to 240°C – and the large handles with sure-grip silicone inserts means you’ll have no trouble getting them safely in and out of a hot oven.
Performance
Offering superb heat distribution for even bakes, the loose base on Lakeland Bakeware means your bake is always easy to release from the tin, plus each piece has two layers of Quantum 2 professional non-stick so not a crumb will be left behind. Interior and exterior coatings are free from PTFE and PFOA.
No Rolled Edges
The rolled edges found on most bakeware introduce a difficult-to-dry space underneath the rim, and the edges themselves can be hard to coat. We decided to leave the edges of our bakeware completely flat where possible, to remove the risk of water traps and uncoated steel edges that might rust – so our baking tins are completely dishwasher safe.
Easy to Store
We know exactly how difficult it can be to fit all your baking tins and trays into a kitchen cupboard or drawer – and how awkward it can be to get at the one you want without starting an avalanche. So we’ve designed our Lakeland Bakeware and Ovenware so that many of the same size pieces will stack one inside another and differently sized pieces can be stacked up so they won’t slide around.
And, in case you forget which size is which, all our loose-based baking tins have their size stamped into the base to help you track down the one you need.
