Sometimes only a pie will do… Warming steak and ale, cheese and onion or, for dessert, a deep-filled apple pie – whatever you make, it’ll turn out beautifully from our premium quality tin.
Quality
Made from heavy-duty 1mm thick carbon steel to see you through years of pie making, it also has a double layer of Quantum 2 professional non-stick for easy release and clean-up. And because there are no rolled edges where water can collect and cause damage, it’s completely dishwasher safe.
Performance
Oven safe up to 240°C, with highly efficient and even heat distribution, your pies will be perfectly cooked through, with a crisp, golden crust. Large handles with sure-grip silicone inserts ensure safe transport to and from the oven and, for easy storage, it will stack neatly with our other sizes of pie tin.
No rolled edges
The rolled edges found on most bakeware introduce a difficult-to-dry space underneath the rim, and the edges themselves can be difficult to coat. We decided to leave the edges of out bakeware unrolled, removing the risk of water traps and uncoated carbon steel edges that might rust – making them completely dishwasher safe.

We took these on Guide camp, and made quiche and blackberry crumble in dutch ovens on a wood fire. The tins didn't warp despite hugely varying temperatures, they were easy to pick up in thick oven gloves because of the wide handles and the quiches slipped out easily even with teenagers greasing the pans!
Love it - I actually haven't used it for a pie yet but have roasted other food in it and it's perfect - not huge though so not suitable for a family of 4, I think this would suit a pie for 2.5 people - so dinner for two and then lunch for one!
have not used it yet. looks sturdy, love the handles ,lining looks tough. look forward to using this.
