Quality

These 1mm thick carbon steel tins are thicker than most you can buy and will not twist, bend or warp, and with two layers of Quantum 2 professional non-stick, getting your pies out intact is guaranteed. There are no rolled edges where water can get trapped and cause damage, so they’re completely dishwasher safe too.

Performance

Top-notch heat distribution ensures your pies will be perfectly evenly cooked through, with a crisp crust, and generously sized handles with sure-grip silicone inserts mean that getting them from oven to plate will be simple. They also stack inside our larger pie dishes for easy storage.

No rolled edges

The rolled edges found on most bakeware introduce a difficult-to-dry space underneath the rim, and the edges themselves can be difficult to coat. We decided to leave the edges of out bakeware unrolled, removing the risk of water traps and uncoated carbon steel edges that might rust – making them completely dishwasher safe.
