Quality

Made from heavy-duty 1mm thick carbon steel – thicker than most you can buy – it’s been given two layers of Quantum 2 professional non-stick, is oven safe up to 240°C and will keep its shape during baking. And because it has no rolled edges where water can get trapped and cause damage, it can go straight in the dishwasher for easy cleaning.

Performance

Offering superb heat distribution, all your creations will be evenly cooked through, and with handy fill lines on the inside, you’ll know exactly when to stop adding your mixture for a perfect tin-filling rise. Generously sized handles with sure-grip silicone inserts make getting the tin in and out of the oven easy and, for space-saving storage, it’s designed to stack neatly with the other round cake tins in the range.

No rolled edges

The rolled edges found on most bakeware introduce a difficult-to-dry space underneath the rim, and the edges themselves can be difficult to coat. We decided to leave the edges of our bakeware unrolled, removing the risk of water traps and uncoated carbon steel edges that might rust – making them completely dishwasher safe.
