Ideal for making birthday cakes, fruit cakes or tiered wedding cakes in combination with other sizes in the range, this superior quality tin turns out bakes that are evenly cooked, with no burnt bits, and release easily and quickly for cooling.

Quality

Made from heavy-duty 1mm thick carbon steel – thicker than many you can buy – it has a double layer of Quantum 2 professional non-stick and is oven safe up to 240°C. And because there are no rolled edges where water can get trapped and cause damage, it can go straight in the dishwasher for easy cleaning.

Performance

Offering excellent heat distribution, so all your bakes will be evenly cooked through, it also has a handy fill line on the inside so you’ll know exactly when to stop adding your mixture for a perfect tin-filling rise. Large handles with sure-grip silicone inserts make getting it in and out of the oven easy and, for space-saving storage, it’s designed to stack neatly with the other round cake tins in the range.

No rolled edges

The rolled edges found on most bakeware introduce a difficult-to-dry space underneath the rim, and the edges themselves can be difficult to coat. We decided to leave the edges of our bakeware unrolled, removing the risk of water traps and uncoated carbon steel edges that might rust – making them completely dishwasher safe.
