Quality

Our mini muffin tin is made from 1mm thick carbon steel, thicker than most you can buy, and has been given two layers of Quantum 2 professional non-stick so you’ll never be scraping off burnt-on cake mixture. And because there are no rolled edges where water can gather, it can go in the dishwasher for easy cleaning.

Performance

Offering even heat distribution for uniform cooking and oven safe up to 240°C, clever fill lines on the inside of each hold make it even easier to achieve get a tin-filling rise and perfectly even results. And to ensure you can get the tin in and out of the oven safely, it has generous handles with sure-grip silicone inserts.

No rolled edges

The rolled edges found on most bakeware introduce a difficult-to-dry space underneath the rim, and the edges themselves can be difficult to coat. We decided to leave the edges of our bakeware unrolled, removing the risk of water traps and uncoated carbon steel edges that might rust – making them completely dishwasher safe.
