Exceptional quality, this lightweight yet durable tin will not bend, warp or twist, has been made from 1mm thick carbon steel so it’s thicker than most others you can buy, and is oven safe up to 240°C. And with no rolled or uncoated edges where water can gather, it’s dishwasher safe too.

With two layers of Quantum 2 professional non-stick, you can bake safe in the knowledge that every crumb will be released when it’s time to turn out, while large handles with sure-grip silicone inserts ensure it’s easy to get in and out of the oven.

No rolled edges

The rolled edges found on most bakeware introduce a difficult-to-dry space underneath the rim, and the edges themselves can be difficult to coat. We decided to leave the edges of out bakeware unrolled, removing the risk of water traps and uncoated carbon steel edges that might rust – making them completely dishwasher safe.
