You might expect a pizza crisper to be round, but we’ve made this premium quality one square so it stacks with other trays in the range. You’ll still get a 12” pizza on it and the perforations help produce a perfectly crisp finish.

Quality

Made from 1mm thick heavy-duty carbon steel with perforations to allow air to circulate for that all-important crisp crust, it has two layers of Quantum 2 professional non-stick, is oven safe up to 240°C and it has no rolled edges where water can become trapped and cause damage.

Performance

Offering excellent heat distribution for even cooking and generously sized handles with sure-grip silicone inserts mean getting it in and out of the oven will be safe and easy.

No rolled edges

The rolled edges found on most bakeware introduce a difficult-to-dry space underneath the rim, and the edges themselves can be difficult to coat. We decided to leave the edges of our bakeware unrolled, removing the risk of water traps and uncoated carbon steel edges that might rust.
