Quality

Each tin is made from 1mm thick carbon steel, thicker than most bakeware ranges, and has a double layer of Quantum 2 professional non-stick for easy release and cleaning. And they’re dishwasher safe too, with no rolled edges where water can collect.

Performance

Whatever you’re making will turn out easily due to the tins’ exceptional non-stick coating and, with handy fill lines on the inside, it’s easy to achieve a perfect tin-filling rise if you’re baking bread or cake. And they’re super-versatile – you can make terrines and pâtés in them too and pop them in the fridge to set. Sure-grip silicone inserts on the handles make them easy to move around, they stack neatly for space-saving storage and they’re oven safe up to 240°C.

No rolled edges

The rolled edges found on most bakeware introduce a difficult-to-dry space underneath the rim, and the edges themselves can be difficult to coat. We decided to leave the edges of out bakeware unrolled, removing the risk of water traps and uncoated carbon steel edges that might rust – making them completely dishwasher safe.
