It may be mini, but Cuisinart’s multi-functional mini food processor can turn its blades to a huge number of kitchen tasks. Ideally suited to smaller quantities, it’s perfect for chopping herbs and vegetables, blending pastes and sauces and grinding spices or coffee beans.
The compact size means you can keep it conveniently close at hand on any sized worktop, and it also features a BladeLock™ system which holds the ultra-sharp, stainless steel blades firmly in place, so you can be sure they won’t fall out when pouring.
This mini food processor also includes reversible blades, that rotate in both directions and allow ingredients to move easily around the bowl for consistent results, and drizzle holes that make it easy to add liquids, ideal for making homemade mayonnaise.
With a 900ml capacity bowl, which 450ml liquid capacity, it is ideal for those smaller amounts without the need to get the larger food processor out, saving you time on cleaning. The easily removable bowl, lid and blade can all go in the dishwasher, making cleaning easy after you’ve finished.
