Incorporating all of the many standard features of the Kenwood Chef range, the Kenwood Cooking Chef is the first appliance of its kind to also include an integrated 1100W induction hob, allowing you to combine food preparation with in-bowl cooking.
Powerful 1500W Motor
Kenwood’s most powerful motor to date, the 1500W motor inside this stand mixer is strong enough to handle all of your baking and cooking needs. With 8 variable, electronically controlled speed settings, the mixer is ideal for everything from cake batters to kneading bread, pizza and pasta dough. The speed also gradually builds up, to save your worktop from any splatters.
Integrated Induction Cooking
As well as being a fantastic stand mixer, the Kenwood Cooking Chef also incorporates a 1100W induction hob, with 3 dedicated stir speeds for continuous or intermittent stirring to maximise heat distribution. This revolutionary feature is sure to change the way you cook for the better, saving you loads of time by combining the food preparation and cooking steps. The hob is easily controlled with the dedicated dial, which allows precise temperature control in 2 degree increments from 20°C to 140°C, and an easy-to-read LCD display which features a programmable 3 hour timer.
6.7L Stainless Steel Bowl
To make the most out of your powerful motor and integrated induction cooking plate, this mixer comes with a 6.7L stainless steel bowl. Not only does this let you whip up enough batter for a large batch of cupcakes or a multi-layer cake, but it is also sufficient working capacity to prepare and cook 3 litre batches of food such as risottos, curries or goulash, without having to use your cooker hob.
Planetary Mixing Action
Like most commercial mixers, this stand mixer features planetary mixing action. The action, when the head rotates clockwise but the accessories anti-clockwise, give you the most efficient bowl coverage, ensuring every last drop gets incorporated into the mixture.
Included ThermoResist Glass Blender and Food Processor
Included in the box is a ThermoResist Glass 1.6 litre blending jug, ideal for blending up hot soups as well as quick smoothies to get that fruit and veg fix, quick, and with an easy-clean stainless steel blade.
There is also an included 1.6 litre Tritan food processor attachment, ideal for turning your Cooking Chef into a one-stop food-prep station. With a 6 precision stainless steel discs, and a large, easy-to-hold handle, the food processor lets you quickly slice, grate, chop, slice, julienne and puree without having to rummage around the cupboard for another machine.
4 Power Outlets
With a host of 20 attachments available separately, from meat mincers to citrus presses, your Kenwood Cooking Chef can become your own personal kitchen assistant. To ensure you get the most out of these attachments, this machine features 4 separate speed outputs, (low, medium, high and bowl) each designed specifically to ensure your attachment works at the optimum speed for the best results.
