With two stainless steel weighing platforms, this scale caters for both very large and very small quantities. The larger scale is capable of weighing up to 10kg in 1g (22lb in ¹?8oz) increments, while the smaller platform, designed for smaller amounts, weighs up to 200g in 0.1g (7oz in 0.02oz) increments, for really precise results with even the smallest of quantities.
These kitchen scales also incorporate a number of the features we have come to expect from Salter. It benefits from Aquatronic technology, letting the scale measure both wet and dry ingredients, while it also has an add-and-weigh function, for weighing multiple ingredients in the same bowl.
The scale has a slim design, ensuring it is easy to store when not in use, while the simple controls and large back-lit display ensure it is easy to use. After you’ve finished weighing your ingredients, simply wipe the scale down and it is good to go for your next baking session.
