This kit will help you create wonderfully light and airy choux buns, gougère and other sweet and savoury choux pastry confections. There are 8 easy to follow step-by-step recipes and all the items you need to bake and finish your light-as-air choux buns beautifully.

Kit includes:

2 large bun moulds (make 12); 1 medium bun mould (makes 12); 1 small bun mould (makes 24); 2 stainless steel cutters; 2 re-usable piping bags – large and medium; 2 piping nozzles and a filling nozzle with coupler; embossed decorative moulds – 6 each of 2 sizes; 25 greaseproof paper cases; recipe leaflet.

Silicone bun moulds are freezer, microwave and dishwasher safe as well as oven safe to 240°C. Approx. 17 x 23cm.
