Great napkins in a good quantity pack. Previously, we have had an odd pack which had many napkins 'delaminating', i.e. layers coming apart, but certainly not in the recent past. For 100 quality 3-ply napkins, these are a good buy.
I have brought these for years but it seems that Lakeland have changed for a cheaper quality. They are not sealed around the edges therefore they end up as three separate thin sheets.
Our buying team have confirmed that The change has come as the previous mill made a decision to no longer supply us.The tissue from the new supplier is exactly the same ply / thickness, but it is a very slightly different white colour. This is caused by being processed in a different mill that is using different raw materials with different machinery. It is their standard best quality white. However We’re very sorry to hear it didn't meet your expectations and will email shortly to help
I was advised by the sales lady that there were top quality. I wanted to use them for my wedding but they are very poor and even come out of the packet crumpled. £6.99 wasted

I have been buying these for years - they have been perfect for informal dining. I opened a new pack on Sunday and was so disappointed. The napkins are no longer a lovely pure white, they are a dirty white, almost grey. In addition, the quality has deteriorated significantly. I was quite frankly embarrassed to put them on the table. The beauty of Lakeland has always been its commitment to quality, consistency and value - unfortunately this is a major fail, I certainly will not be buying them again.

While they’re the same thickness as before, it is a different white colour as we’ve got a new manufacturer. You can return these back to store for a full refund if you wish. Please don’t forget to take your receipt with you.
I had been buying these for years. I agree that sadly the quality has greatly reduced this year. The paper is rougher, not so white and fragments easily into little pieces that stick to clothing. I am now looking elsewhere.

In terms of occasionally pulling apart, this does sometimes happen and is a function of dryness of paper in production and machine tension during a production run.
