A simple idea, but a very effective way to peel oranges in seconds.
Loved by scores of our customers who can’t bring themselves to eat an orange without one – these mini orange peelers are properly amazing gadgets that no fruit bowl, lunch box or picnic hamper should be without.
How they work
Pop your finger through the ring and slide the little pointed ‘blade’ through the skin of your orange from top to bottom – repeat a few times so that the skin is divided into segments. Then flip the peeler the other way up, slot the rounded end under the skin at the top of the first section of skin and slide it the full length of your cut to ‘unzip’ the peel.
In very little time all the peel will be gone, your fingernails aren’t stained, sticky or gummed up with pith and you can enjoy the full-bodied flavour of a full-sized, ‘proper’ orange, without having to limit yourself to easy-peelers.
Please note: they are small and, being green, can easily be lost if put down in the grass beside your picnic blanket – fans of these peelers say they also have a tendency to disappear mysteriously from office desks unless they’re tied down…

Really good product. I have two and my one never went orange. The best time to peel the skin is when it's warm, then it eaiser for me at least. I have problems with gripping etc.
Just love this little gizmo small and yet it does just what it says on the tin. Peeling an orange no longer leaves me with pith and peel under my thumb nail! Thank you lakeland .
I keep buying these for my friends as it makes eating oranges so easy. What I like about this product is that the juice from the orange does not splatter you because of its shape as you use its 'blade' and it's handy size for your handbag.

I purchased these to save my nails. They are brilliant, oranges peeled in seconds, hands not so sticky and no more split nails.
As Lakeland say, simple but effective! I keep it with the oranges/in fruit bowl, that way it doesn't get lost.
