Machine washable
Because we're so sure this will soon be your new can't-live-without item, we wanted to make it machine washable. If it's ever starting to look a little too well-loved, just unplug the controller and pop it in the washing machine at 30°C to get it looking – and smelling – fresh again.

I was looking for something for my home office and didn’t want a large blanket that would get caught under my office chair wheels. This is the closest match I’ve found. The material is plush without being overly fluffy, and it heats up well for short periods. The controller does feel a bit heavy compared to the blanket itself, but it’s easy enough to rest it on the floor. The heat pad is slightly smaller than I’d prefer - more of a lap-size option would be ideal - but overall it’s the best solution I’ve come across. On the plus side, you the wires are well embedded.

Only received this heated pad today, plugged it in, it was only on for 5 minutes l heard a bang and it stopped working. So sending it back, Lakeland have arranged a refund for me, they are very good on customer service, so cant fault that. But l most definitely would not recommend this product.
