KONNA Eco-friendly Fruit Fly Catcher

Product number: 63786

Beat pesky fruit flies without compromising the style of your home with The KONNA Fly Trap, a stylish, eco-friendly, reusable fly trap. Simply place the KONNA near your fruit bowl or wherever flies bother you most and fill with liquid fruit fly bait; if you don't have your own recipe, simply scan the QR on the packaging to use ours. It's recommended on average to clean every 2 weeks, depending on the amount of flies around, the dishwasher friendly material makes it a super easy clean.

The KONNA is reusable and can be filled with whatever natural bait you choose, so you can make the conscience choice. The design is made of sustainable materials; the high-quality Finnish wood is made from industry left overs, meaning you can be assured you aren't contributing to extra wood harvesting.

"Looks good but doesn’t work"

star star_border star_border star_border star_border

I got this as it looks a lot nicer than just having a dish out - put it beside fruit bowl and food waste bin - didn’t catch any fruit flies. The mechanism to open and shut is just too tricky - you end up spilling the liquid everywhere trying to open it. Mine sadly went in the bin after the season.

"Ineffectual… fruit flies still buzzing"

Tried the soap and vinegar solution to no avail… really disappointed

"Looks nice, does nothing"

star star_border star_border star_border star_border

Good looking but wholly ineffective. Also, as other reviewers have noted, it doesn't screw together properly. Another reviewer was advised to simply line the two halves up according to the indicator mark. That's the obvious method but alas, works as well as everything else about this product - ie - not at all.

"Fruit fly problem solved"

star star star star star

We had a fruit fly problem, so bought 2 of these catchers. We put one next to the fruit bowl and one next to the food waste bin. They were an instant success - we caught more than 30 fruit flies on the first afternoon.

"Useless !"

star star_border star_border star_border star_border

I bought this last year and placed it in a window and it caught no flies, but I gave it the benefit of doubt and took it out this spring again but it is now destined for the bin a complete waste of money !

support_agent A note from the team

We’re very sorry to hear it didn't meet your expectations and will email shortly to help It would be best situated next to a fruit bowl or a bin, as this is a fruit fly catcher and will unlikely catch flies if placed in the window.
