Start off slow and there’ll be no clouds of flour or cake mix on the ceiling to contend with when you’re mixing things up in your kitchen. Fitted with Kenwood’s famous multi-talented K-beater, the planetary action will breeze through heavy mixes for cakes (the bowl is big enough to make mix for 36 cupcakes), biscuits, pastry, eclairs and icing. And the balloon whisk is ideal for eggs, batters, meringues, mousses and soufflés. Making bread or pizza? The robust dough hook is on hand to help make it a doddle.
More than a mixer
The Prospero’s talents aren’t just restricted to baking. With its multitude of accessories and attachments, there’s not many prep jobs your Prospero can’t do.
Thanks to the food processor attachment and included discs it can chop and slice veg – much quicker than using a knife – and grate from fine to coarse – ideal for making coleslaw or salads. Blend soups and smoothies. It can even mince meat for burgers and meatballs.
