Sometimes you just can’t beat a fluffy, freshly cooked omelette filled with your favourite ingredients when you fancy a quick and tasty lunch. And for whipping up an eggy taste sensation with hardly any fuss, you can’t beat Lakeland’s Electric Omelette Maker.
Easy to use
This little machine is so simple to use, it doesn’t even have an on/off button – just plug it into a socket and flick the switch and it starts heating up straight away. Once it’s reached cooking temperature (the indicator light on the hinge will go off), just lift up the lid using the stay-cool handle, spray or brush a little oil onto the non-stick hotplates, add your ingredients and your beaten egg into one or both of the wells, close the lid… and that’s it.
The machine automatically controls the temperature to cook your omelettes perfectly in minutes, and there’s no need to flip them during cooking either. When they’re done, use a spatula to easily lift them out.
Cleaning is easy too – once the hotplates are fully cooled, just wipe them over with a damp cloth, then make sure they’re dry before storing.
Fill me up
You could keep it simple and opt for a classic plain omelette. Or maybe sprinkle in some cheese and ham for a more substantial feed. You could even go a bit wild and add mushrooms, spinach and onion… there are almost endless variations to try.
