Adapted from a traditional family recipe, this Olive & Rosemary Beer Bread Mix makes it really easy to bake a crispy-crusted loaf with a soft and fluffy centre, subtly flavoured with rosemary and olives.

Easy to use

Super-simple to make, simply combine the included baking mix with your favourite 330ml bottle of beer and stir to create a stiff batter, then place the dough into a greased loaf pan and bake for around 45 minutes. The result will be a fabulous loaf with a crispy crust and a fluffy inside. And if you’d like an extra crispy crust, just brush over some melted butter before baking.

The perfect gift for anyone who loves beer, baking bread or both, the tasty end result is delicious sliced, toasted or baked, spread with butter, or served with a hot soup or broth.
